REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent students from completing their pre-license course. Therefore, we offer the following refund policy for our students:

Refund Eligibility: Students who have not accessed any course material and who request a refund within 7 days of enrollment are eligible for a full refund.

Students who have not yet attended any live classes may request a refund if it is requested no later than 7 days prior to the class start date. If a student cannot attend and the class is less than 7 days away they may switch their enrolment to a future class at no charge.

No Refunds: After 7 days from the date of enrollment, after the online material has been accessed or after live classes have begun, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Request Process: To request a refund, students must submit a written request to info@newriverrealestateacademy.com indicating the reason for their request and the date of enrollment. The request must be submitted within the refund eligibility period.

Refund Payment: Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the written refund request. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original transaction.
We reserve the right to amend this refund policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated to all current and prospective students.
