Megan Roschelli
Certified Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education Instructor
Megan has been licensed in real estate since 2011 and is a Certified Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education Instructor. As an Associate Broker, she has spent years actively listing and selling real estate, training and managing agents, and previously overseeing property management.
She brings that real-world experience into the classroom with a focus on practical skills, clear explanations, and honest insight into everyday life as an agent. Real estate has been a rewarding and meaningful career for Megan, and she is passionate about helping others start and succeed on their own path in this business.
Tom Sproul
Trainer & Academic Support Specialist
Tom Sproul is a real estate professional with a background in civil engineering and over five years of experience actively listing and selling homes. A former engineer turned Realtor, Tom brings a highly analytical, detail-oriented approach to the business—helping students understand not just what to do, but why it matters.
Known as “a former engineer here to help you start your career,” Tom has a talent for breaking complex concepts into clear, practical steps. He is especially skilled in time management and productivity, and he enjoys sharing systems and strategies that help new agents stay organized, focused, and efficient from day one.
Ben Wiley
Trainer & Academic Support Specialist
Ben is a New River Valley (NRV) native with a master’s degree in education and a true passion for teaching. In addition to his work in the classroom, he is an active real estate practitioner, listing and selling homes throughout both the NRV and the Roanoke Valley.
Ben is dedicated to helping students feel confident and supported as they start their real estate careers. He combines his education background with real-world experience to explain concepts clearly, answer questions with patience, and create a learning environment where students can truly succeed.
